Andy Reed


Andy Reed, co-founder of The Reed Team, has called Hilton Head Island home since 1980. A graduate of Hilton Head High School and Virginia Tech — where he played Division I basketball and earned his degree — Andy brings a unique blend of discipline, competitive spirit, and financial expertise to his real estate career. After successful years in the stock brokerage and banking industries, Andy returned to Hilton Head in 1997 to pursue his passion for real estate. Since then, he has closed over $345 million in real estate sales.

Andy and his wife, Stephanie, have been married since 1995 and are proud parents of three daughters. They are active members of Hilton Head Island Community Church and enjoy all the Lowcountry lifestyle has to offer, from boating and golf to tennis.

Known for his commitment to building lasting client relationships, Andy approaches real estate with a full-time dedication and a personal sense of responsibility. His deep knowledge of the local market and passion for the Hilton Head community drive him to deliver an exceptional client experience. With over 25 years of real estate sales experience — and an earlier career as a real estate attorney — Tom Reed brings a unique blend of legal expertise, negotiation skills, and a client-first philosophy to every transaction. As President and Broker-in-Charge of Charter One Realty and a long time member of The Reed Team, Tom’s mission is simple: empower his clients to make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

Tom’s background in law gives him a distinctive advantage when navigating contracts, negotiations, and complex real estate transactions. Carri Fuge


A proud South Carolina native and graduate of the College of Charleston, Carri Fuge brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to The Reed Team at Charter One Realty. Before launching her real estate career, Carri built a strong foundation in politics and marketing, working both independently and as a paid staffer. Her time spent in Washington, DC, and St. Louis broadened her perspective and sharpened her skills in sales, marketing, and audience engagement—all of which have translated seamlessly into her success in real estate.

Since joining Charter One Realty in the fall of 2014, Carri has built a career focused not just on transactions but on forming lasting relationships with her clients. She treats real estate as a full-time commitment, delivering a level of service that goes far beyond the sale. Her clients consistently praise her for her personal attention, dedication, and ability to make each experience smooth, personalized, and rewarding.

When she’s not working hard for her clients, Carri enjoys spending time with her daughter, Anna, and staying active through running and tennis. Judd Tracy


Judd Tracy brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and local knowledge to The Reed Team, where he has proudly served clients since 2018. A resident of the Lowcountry for over 17 years, Judd’s journey into real estate followed a successful career in the banking industry, including nearly a decade on the trading floor of one of the nation’s largest banks. After earning his degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he transitioned from finance to lending, and ultimately found his true passion in real estate.

Originally from the suburbs of Boston and Chicago and later Charlotte, NC, Judd’s diverse background gives him a broad perspective and a deep commitment to relationship-building. His approach is simple but powerful: real estate isn’t just about transactions—it’s about building lasting connections. He treats his clients like family, working tirelessly to deliver an outstanding experience every step of the way.

Judd and his wife Marlayna have been married for 16 years and are the proud parents of Emma Kate and Blake. When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Judd enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, boating, relaxing on the beach, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers, UNCW Seahawks, and Kentucky Wildcats. The Tracys are active members of Church of the Cross in Bluffton.
